Roché Leigh Krause

Roché is a director of the Tatham Wilkes Inc. Property Department, and heads up the Local Conveyancing department which involves her in a broad range of property and conveyancing matters.

Starting her career in banking (home loans) and moving into law she has gained a valuable understanding of property and property finance processes, as well as other areas such as servitudes, township registration and subdivision, and consolidations.

Roché commenced her articles at a Pietermaritzburg conveyancing firm while she was still studying. She has gained great knowledge from working closely with the Deeds Office examiners and other conveyancers over the years.

When not dealing with property transactions, Roché assist couples with their antenuptial contracts and wills. 

Roché also has Rights of Appearance in the High Court and attends court when the opportunity arises. 

Roché enjoys working closely with clients, priding herself with ensuring quality service and efficiency at all times.
